Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order on [www.easylonger.com].

If you request a refund more than 24 hours after the order has been placed but before it is delivered, a transaction fee will apply:

  • PayPal: 3.6%
  • Affirm: 3.5%
  • Klarna: 3.3%

Orders cannot be canceled after 30 days from the shipping date.

Return Policy

Currently, returns are only available for U.S. orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • For returns made after 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
  • For quality-related issues, we offer a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receipt.

If your order has shipped and you wish to return it, please accept the package before starting the return process. Returns require approval; contact Our Company’s Support Team at support@easylonger.com.

Note: If you reject a shipment upon delivery, a double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@easylonger.com with proof of purchase, such as an invoice. You’ll receive detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your item. Ensure all original components are included in the package.

Refunds

After your return is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 14 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been processed. If you don’t receive the refund within 14 business days, please contact us at support@easylonger.com.
